Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your full payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will update the tracking number and send it to you if you are a registered “fujiaccs Member”. We highly recommend registering as a “fujiaccs.com” to take advantage of this and other member benefits.

In the event the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you. At that time, you can choose to wait until the item is back in stock or cancel your order.

Global Distribution

Please be aware that we have several distribution centers located globally. As a result, your order may be shipped from various locations, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, or China, depending on the availability of the product in our inventory.

Additional Notes

  1. Customs fees are included for orders shipped to the US and EU countries.
  2. US Shipping does not cover shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for details on shipping fees to these areas.
  3. For UK EU countries, please note that the listed product prices do not include VAT.

Changing Shipping Address or Canceling Order

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team at goldample09@gmail.com immediately. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, so it may not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order.
